Hearts of Gold vision and aspirations for the future are simply to continue to deliver quality service to our special children. Providing expert palliative care in a serene, relaxing environment, improving our services from time to time, sharing and assisting medical professionals who are contributing to the ever increasing number of children with special needs in our care. To train and develop our staff, especially in Nursing, Social Care and Counseling.

Hearts of Gold services are provided free of charge. We are entirely dependent on the generosity of individuals, organizations and corporate bodies for revenue, capital projects and the general running costs of the home.
